Training reduces employer turnover, improves employee morale, enhances performance and minimizes liability exposure. We assess training through the administration of general knowledge and site specific tests.

Our vision and commitment in providing continued training to our professional security staff sets us apart from our peers in the industry. We provide our security officers with progressive training from basic academy, mental/trainee site specific instruction to advance leadership/ management and procedural skill.

All of our officers must complete 32 hour orientation and training program as a requisite to hire. In addition, while employed VendTech Enterprise, LLC an officer can attend additional training courses. These course include firearms qualification, use of restraints, first aid | CPR.

Hiring Standards

Not everyone qualifies to be an officer for VendTech Enterprise, LLC. Through our hiring process we select only those individuals that meet the standards of our agency and the expectations of our clients. In addition to pre-employment background checks and interviews we also administer drug testing to each applicant before hiring.
